The vitality, influence and purpose in of the Working adults is essential to the mission of our church as they are the next generation of leaders. There is enormous power in young people working and serving together.
The Working Adults seeks to share the message of Christ, to grow in their relationship with Him and with each other and create a safe atmosphere of unity, acceptance and belonging for the young working adults in our church. The purpose of this ministry is to :
- Fulfill the Church Vision & Mission
- Equip and mobilize the young adults in our church
- Mobilize the young adults to reach the lost, the community & other young adults
- Mentor the young adults as the next line of leaders
- Build & strengthen relationship
- Care & meet needs
The Working Adults meet once a month and participate in activities such as informal lunches, movie nights, barbeques and mentoring sessions with guest speakers. They also have fun outings such as a trip to the Elephant Sanctuary and plan outdoor activities with the children from the CRCSB Children's Homes.
